摘要
近十年来的研究表明,细胞内Ca 2+流通改变可能在房颤的发生与维持过程中发挥着重要作用。本文在综述心房电生理和Ca 2+处理的基础上,讨论Ca 2+依赖性后去极化和心房复极的交替发生在触发房颤中的作用,以期对未来房颤相关研究有一定启示。
In recent 10 years,researches indicated that intracellular Ca 2+circulation change may play an important role in occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation(AF).Based on the review of atrial electrophysiology and Ca 2+handling,the present article discusses the role of calcium-dependent afterdepolarizations and atrial repolarization alternans in triggering AF in order to provide some enlightenment for future studies on AF.
