摘要
为解决重庆天然气净化总厂(以下简称净化总厂)DCS系统网络存在的安全风险,通过对净化总厂10套DCS系统的网络结构、安全现状以及面临的安全风险进行分析,达到摸清净化总厂DCS系统网络安全现状和面临的安全风险的目的,并结合原因分析和相关法律法规、标准规范的要求,参考多个DCS厂家推出的DCS网络安全产品信息,针对性地提出了净化总厂DCS系统网络安全改进措施及配置整改建议。研究表明:净化总厂DCS系统网络安全存在网络安全防护设施配置少、已有防护设施未发挥功能和DCS系统网络安全管理体系欠缺3个安全问题。由此认为:净化总厂DCS系统网络面临的安全风险日益增加。建议:净化总厂有必要进一步强化DCS系统网络安全配置和建立DCS系统网络安全管理体系,以确保DCS系统的安全运行。
In order to eliminate the security risk of DCS network in Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant(hereinafter referred to as the purification plant),the network structure,security status and security risks of 10 sets of DCS system in the purification plant were analyzed,so as to find out the network security status and the security risks of DCS system in the purification plant.Combined with cause analysis and the requirements of relevant laws,regulations and standards,some improvement measures and configuration rectification suggestions on DCS network security in the purification plant were put forward according to the information of DCS network security products introduced by many DCS manufacturers.The research showed that there were three problems in DCS network security in the purification plant,i.e.,few network security protection facilities,function failure of the existing protection facilities,and lack of DCS network security management system.It was concluded that the security risk of DCS network in the purification plant is increasing day by day,and it is necessary for the purification plant to further strengthen the DCS network security configuration and establish a DCS network security management system,so as to ensure the safe operation of DCS system.
