快速康复护理联合中药紫金丹治疗对股骨颈骨折患者术后康复的影响

Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with Zijindan treatment on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fractures

目的:探讨快速康复护理联合中药紫金丹治疗对股骨颈骨折患者术后康复的影响。方法:选择2019年1月—2019年10月完成手术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用快速康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合紫金丹外敷。比较两组患者干预前后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、Harris和Barthel指数、视觉模拟(VAS)评分以及简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分。结果:干预后观察组的CRP和PCT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组的Barthel指数、Harris以及SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,而VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理联合紫金丹外敷能有效缓解股骨颈骨折患者术后疼痛症状,提高患者髋关节功能及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with zijindan treatment on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods:Eighty patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group each with 40 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received rapid rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group was combined with zijin dan externally based on the control group,and the C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),Harris score,Barthel index,Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and(the MOS) item short from health survey(SF-36)scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:The levels of CRP and PCT in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The barthel index,Harris,and SF-36 scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group,and The VAS score was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with zijin dan external application can effectively alleviate postoperative pain symptoms and improve hip function and quality of life in patients with femoral neck fractures.
