自然分娩初产妇无隙化护患互动应用效果观察

Effect of interaction between nursing and patient in nursing of spontaneous abortion patients in natural childbirth

目的:分析自然分娩初产妇无隙化护患互动的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月—2019年2月自然分娩的初产妇116例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组58例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受无隙化护患互动模式干预,比较两组干预后各相关观察指标的差异性。结果:观察组自然分娩初产妇干预后分娩控制感、产时应对行为评分、护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用无隙化护患互动模式对自然分娩初产妇实施干预,有利于分娩控制感的提高,促成有效产时应对行为的形成,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To Analyze the effect of interactive application of gapless nurses and patients in natural delivery.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2019,116 primiparous women who gave birth naturally were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,and the observation group received the gapless nurse-patient interaction mode intervention on the basis of the control group,and compared the differences in related observation indicators between the two groups.Results:The observation group′s sense of childbirth control,postpartum coping behavior scores,and nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after natural primiparous mothers intervened(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of non gap nurse patient interaction model for the implementation of natural childbirth primipara intervention,is conducive to the improvement of the sense of delivery control,to promote the formation of effective coping behavior,improve their satisfaction.
