摘要
以棕刚玉、碳化硅、铝酸盐水泥、α-Al2O3微粉、SiO2微粉等为原料制备了Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料试样,研究了沥青种类(球状沥青、高温改质沥青、球状+高温改质沥青)、沥青与鳞片石墨(或炭黑)复合对浇注料流动性及经110、1 100和1 450℃热处理后试样性能的影响。结果表明:使用球状沥青和高温改质沥青复合可以改善材料的流动性和抗氧化性;随着热处理温度的升高,试样的体积密度、抗折强度和耐压强度均呈先降后增的趋势,显气孔率的变化与之相反;复合碳源加入后会导致浇注料的需水量增加,但抗氧化性和抗渣性得到明显提高,其中沥青和炭黑复合的浇注料的高温抗折强度最高,抗氧化性和抗渣性最佳。
Al 2O 3-SiC-C based castables were prepared with brown corundum,SiC,aluminate cement,α-Al 2O 3 micropowder,and SiO 2 fume as starting materials.Effects of pitch types(spherical pitch,high temperature modified pitch,spherical+high temperature modified pitch),compounds of pitch and graphite(or carbon black)on the flowability of the castables and the properties of the specimens hot treated at 110,1100,and 1450℃were researched.The results show that the flowability and the oxidation resistance of the castables can be improved by introducing the spherical+high temperature modified pitch.With temperature rising,the bulk density,the modulus of rupture and the crushing strength of the castables firstly decrease and then increase,the change of the apparent porosity is inversely correlated.Addition of composite carbon source results in the increase of water demand of the castables and obvious improvement of oxidation and slag corrosion resistance.The castables with the addition of pitch+carbon black perform the best oxidation resistance and slag resistance.
