低温位烟气绝热蒸发酸性废水装备的研发与应用

摘要 在低温位烟气绝热蒸发技术应用于酸性废水浓缩时,绝热蒸发塔的设计直接决定着绝热蒸发效率与节能效果。分析了绝热蒸发塔的常用类别及特点,决定在空心塔基础上进行结构改进,研发出了复合式绝热蒸发塔。介绍了该设备的研发过程及设备应用情况。 For the application of technology for adiabatic evaporation with low-temperature flue gas for concentration of sour effluent,the design of the adiabatic evaporation tower directly affects the adiabatic evaporation efficiency and energy-saving effect.The commonly used types and characteristics of adiabatic evaporation towers is analyzed,and it is decided to perform construction improvement based on the hollow tower,and a composite adiabatic evaporation tower is designed.The R&D process and application of the equipment are provided.
