伊犁河谷地区牛病毒性腹泻病毒基因型鉴定与分析

Genotype Identification and Analysis of Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus in Yili Valley Area

为摸清伊犁河谷地区牛场牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)感染的病毒基因型,利用BVDV基因组5′端非翻译区(5′-UTR)通用型引物,采用一步法RT-PCR对疑似感染样品进行基因扩增、序列测定与比对分析以及遗传进化树构建。结果显示:12份疑似样品中,有1份样品PCR扩增结果呈阳性,基因型鉴定为BVDV2型。该研究表明伊犁河谷规模化牛场内存在BVDV2型感染,为该地区规模化牛场病毒性腹泻病的防控提供了理论依据。

In order to find out the genotype of BVDV infection in cattle farms in Yili Valley area,using a universal primer for the 5′-UTR of the BVDV genome,gene amplification,sequencing and blasting,phylogenetic tree construction were conducted on suspected infection samples by one-step RT-PCR.The results showed that 1 of 12 suspected samples was PCR positive,and the genotype was identified as BVDV2.The results of the study indicated that there was BVDV2 infection in large-scale cattle farms in the Yili Valley,which provided theoretical basis for the prevention and control of BVD in large-scale cattle farms in this area.
