不同浓度激素对马甲子幼苗的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用3种浓度激素分别处理层积与未层积的马甲子种子,对发芽后的马甲子种子在子叶展平时的根、茎进行测量,以探究不同浓度激素对马甲子幼苗的影响。试验结果表明,在25℃的条件下,使用0.05000 mol/L的生长素处理层积过的马甲子种子后,幼苗长势最好,其根、茎长度分别为48、58.73 mm,综合整体来看,生长素对层积与未层积过的种子发芽后的幼苗都能起到促进作用。0.05000 mol/L浓度赤霉素处理层积过的马甲子种子,对种子发芽后幼苗根、茎生长有促进作用。任意浓度萘乙酸处理层积与未层积过的马甲子种子,都不能对马甲子幼苗根、茎生长同时产生促进作用,其中0.00010 mol/L的萘乙酸对层积与未层积马甲子幼苗的茎生长起到促进作用。 In this experiment,layered and unlayered seeds were treated with three kinds of hormones at different concentrations,and the roots and stems of the germinated seeds in cotyledon were measured,so as to explore the influence of hormones at different concentrations on the seedlings.The experimental results showed that under the condition of 25℃and treated with 0.05000 mol/L auxin,the seedling growth was the best,the root and stem length were 48,58.73 mm,respectively.On the whole,auxin could promote the germination of both layered and unlayered seeds.The effect of gibberellin on root and stem growth of seedling after seed germination was improved only when stratified seed was treated with 0.05000 mol/L.The root and stem growth of the P.ramosissimus seedling could not be promoted by the treatment of the stratified and unstratified seeds with any concentration of naphthoacetic acid,among which 0.00010 mol/L naphthoacetic acid promoted the growth of the stems of the stratified and unstratified P.ramosissimus seedling.
