Strengthening Rural Commercial Finance to Support Rural Revitalization

做好新时代“三农”工作,必须以实施乡村振兴战略作为总抓手。农村金融作为现代经济的核心,在服务好乡村振兴战略中理应发挥好先锋作用。分析了当前农村商业性金融的功能和现状,以及农村商业性金融对乡村振兴支持不足所存在的问题,提出了5条有效对策——加快农村金融服务创新、增加产品供给数量、增发针对性的地方政府债券、完善政策保障机制和构建农村信用担保体系,来强化农村商业性金融的作用,并进一步促进乡村振兴。

To do a good job of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era,we take the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization as the overall grasp.As the core of modern economy,rural finance should play a vanguard role in serving the strategy of rural rejuvenation.This paper mainly analyzes the function and present situation of rural commercial finance and the problems of rural commercial finance's insufficient support for rural revitalization.And this paper puts forward five effective countermeasures,including speeding up the innovation of rural financial services,increasing the supply of products,issuing local government bonds,perfecting policy guarantee mechanism and constructing rural credit guarantee system,to strengthen the role of rural commercial finance and further promote rural revitalization.
