摘要
绞车广泛应用于工程斜井、竖井提升系统中,为非常规起重特种设备。为提高深圳抽水蓄能电站斜井施工时绞车牵引系统的安全性能,从绞车工作系统、材料选用、制动保护、牵引平衡等方面进行研究与创新,形成了一种改良双筒JTP绞车牵引系统,改良绞车卷筒成“L”形布置,占用空间小,增加了电气控制系统,安全保护及联锁功能齐全,通过一动滑轮及一自动平衡装置,较好地解决钢丝绳受力不均的问题,提高了斜井施工的安全性。
The winch is widely used in the hoisting system of engineering inclined shaft and vertical shaft,and is an unconventional special hoisting equipment.In order to improve the safety performance of the winch traction system during the construction of the inclined shaft of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station,an improved double-drum JTP winch traction system is developed from the aspects of winch working system,material selection,brake protection and traction balance.The improved winch drum is arranged in an L-shape which occupies small space,and adds an electric control system with complete safety protection and interlocking functions.The problem of uneven stress of a steel wire rope is well solved through one movable pulley and one automatic balancing device,and the safety of inclined shaft construction is improved.
