摘要
针对大型抽水蓄能电站机组设备早期故障期故障分布特点,深圳抽水蓄能电站整体策划,通过对设备和元件选型、改进设计方案、监造及验收、安装调试优化、缺陷清单式管理等关键因素的过程管控,降低了设备投产初期的故障率,缩短了早期故障期持续时间,使整个系统尽快过渡到故障率稳定状态,达成了高质量的项目建设目标。
In view of the early failure distribution characteristics of the equipments of large pumped-storage power stations,the Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station formulates an overall plan for reducing the failure rate at the initial stage of equipment operation.Through the process control of key factors such as the selection of equipment and components,the improvement of design schemes,the supervision and acceptance,the installation and debugging optimization and the defect list management method,the duration of early failure period is shortened.The entire system is transitioned to a stable state of failure rate as soon as possible,and achieves the goal of high-quality project construction.
