摘要
深圳抽水蓄能电站采用GE公司H-SHE-00-MEU11-SA00FE-01型调速器系统,该系统采用冗余的UPC、SPC和TADT配置来提高系统容错率,但是仍有部分特殊情况无法甄别,对设备安全稳定运行形成隐患。以深圳抽水蓄能电站发电机组为例,研究分析了机组转速随导叶开度、时间和水头的变化规律。通过线性回归和概率统计的方法给转速系统设置合理阈值,从监控系统角度来预防机组异常升速,最终达到降低事故影响的目的。
Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station uses GE H-SHE-00-MEU11-SA00FE-01 type speed governor system,which relies on redundant UPC,SPC and TADT configurations to improve system fault tolerance.However,there are still some special circumstances that cannot be distinguished,which leads to hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of equipment.Taking the pump-turbine set of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station as an example,the variation laws of the rotating speed of unit with guide blade opening,time and water head are studied and analyzed.Based on the linear regression and probability statistics,the reasonable thresholds are set for the speed regulation system to prevent the abnormal increase of unit speed from the perspective of monitoring system,and the purpose of reducing the impact of accidents is consequently achieved.
