深圳抽水蓄能电站引水系统充水进水阀关键设备试验研究

摘要 深圳抽水蓄能电站引水系统在进行阶段性验收及完成下游尾水隧洞充水试验后,为确保调试工作顺利进行,开展上游水道充水试验。试验采用静态法,检验在上游水道充水过程中压力钢管、球阀进水接管、球阀本体、球阀相对支墩的滑动机构、伸缩节、蜗壳上游延伸段压力钢管的静态应力和位移,结果表明,设备制造、安装满足设计要求,各部件工作正常,为后续抽水蓄能电站引水系统充水试验提供参考。 After the phased acceptance of the water diversion system of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station and the completion of the downstream tail-water tunnel filling test,in order to ensure the smooth commissioning of unit,the upstream waterway filling test is carried out.The test adopts the static method to examine the static stress and displacement of the penstock,the ball valve inlet pipe,the ball valve body,the sliding mechanism of ball valve buttress,the expansion joint,and the upstream extension of spiral case during the process of upstream waterway filling.The monitoring results shows that the manufacturing and installation of these equipments meet the design requirements,and the components are working normally,which provides a reference for the subsequent water filling test of the water diversion system of the pumped storage power station.
