摘要
本文基于能源领域减排的三轮驱动理论,对节能减排、能替减排、去能减排环境效益分析的模型、方法、指标进行选择,然后对三种减排模式的环境效益进行对比分析,以期推动减排模式环境效益价值转变,为保护生态环境提供科学的实践指导。
Based on the three wheel drive theory of emission reduction in the energy field,this paper selects the models,methods and indicators of environmental benefit analysis of energy conservation and emission reduction,energy substitution and De energy emission reduction,and then compares and analyzes the environmental benefits of three emission reduction modes,so as to promote the transformation of environmental benefit value of emission reduction mode and provide scientific practical guidance for the protection of ecological environment.
