摘要
百万机组第三档(30%Pe)深度调峰危险点较多,低负荷下,燃烧、脱硝、高加等都可能出现大幅扰动。本文结合某公司#5机1000MW超超临界机组首次深度调峰(30%Pe)出力确认试验,针对调峰过程出现的问题予以分析,提出控制措施及建议,对调峰方案的优化及同类型机组深度调峰提供借鉴意义。
There are many dangerous points for deep peak shaving in the third gear(30%PE)of one million units.Under low load,large disturbance may occur in combustion,denitration,high pressure heater,etc.In this paper,combined with the first deep peak shaving(30%PE)output confirmation test of a company#5 unit 1000MW ultra supercritical unit,the problems in the peak shaving process are analyzed,and the control measures and suggestions are put forward,which can provide reference for the optimization of peak shaving scheme and deep peak shaving of similar units.
