高炉煤气发电用湿式电除尘器的节能研究 被引量:1

摘要 高炉煤气是钢铁行业高炉炼铁过程中产生的一种副产能源,因其热值较低,多余的高炉煤气大多都放散的大气中,不仅污染环境,而且造成能源的浪费。在国家节能减排的号召下,高炉煤气燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电(CCPP)是变废为宝的最有效手段之一。本文对湿式电除尘器用于高炉煤气净化的可行性及除尘效果进行研究。研究结果表明:极配型式为480C型板配RS二刺芒刺线,入口粉尘浓度为100mg/m^3时,湿式电除尘器对粉尘的去除效率为99.5%,表明湿式电除尘器对高炉煤气的净化满足CCPP燃气轮机对粉尘浓度的要求。 Blast furnace gas is a by-product energy produced in the process of blast furnace ironmaking in the steel industry.Because of its low heating value,most of the excess blast furnace gas is released into the atmosphere,which not only pollutes the environment,but also causes a waste of energy.Under the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,blast furnace gas gas-steam combined cycle power plant(CCPP)is the most effective means of turning waste into treasure.This paper studies the feasibility and dust removal effect of wet electrostatic precipitator used in blast furnace gas purification.The research results show that:the pole type is 480C type plate with RS two thorn barbed wire,when the inlet dust concentration is 100mg/m^3,the dust removal efficiency of the wet electrostatic precipitator is 99.5%.Purification meets the requirements of CCPP gas turbines for dust concentration.
