摘要 提出一种新型的基于微机电系统(micro-electro-mechanical system,MEMS)传感器的杆塔倾斜度无线监测系统。硬件设计选用STM32F103CT86为控制器,以BMI160、AK8963为传感器,STM32通过四元数卡尔曼滤波算法对传感器数据进行解算、融合,得到杆塔的倾斜角,通过试验与三轴姿态传感器对比结果表明九轴姿态传感器更为稳定,其安装固定方法简单,成本低。如果本产品大范围推广,挽回的损失足以抵消成本,随着时间的积累,挽回的损失将远大于成本,并且会带来不可估量的经济效益。 A new wireless monitoring system was presented for tower inclination based on micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)sensor.STM32 F103 CT86 was selected as the controller,BMI160 and AK8963 were selected as sensors,Quaternion Kalman filter algorithm was used by STM32 to calculate the sensor data and fuse to get the tilt Angle of tower.Compared with the experimental results of three-axis attitude sensor,the nine axis attitude sensor is more stable,and has simple installation method and low cost.If the product is widely promoted,the loss of recovery will be more than enough to offset the cost.With the accumulation of time,the loss of recovery will be far greater than the cost,which will bring incalculable economic benefits.
