硫酸钾尾液冷冻回收高硫钾比矿物工艺研究

摘要 以硫酸钾尾液为原料,研究低温冷冻回收高硫钾比矿物合理的工艺技术路线,探寻适宜的贮存条件,为加工车间夏季高温生产硫酸钾提供优质高硫钾比原料。在低温下进行冷冻试验,根据冷冻结晶矿物产率及其干基组分确定适宜的冷冻温度为-15~5℃,冷冻制得的结晶矿物硫钾比均在3.0~5.1,符合夏季生产硫酸钾所需原料硫钾比>2.5的要求。高硫钾比矿物贮存试验结果表明,当高硫钾比矿物的含水率低于40%时,可以在30℃下甚至高达55℃的环境中长期贮存。 Using the liquid tailings from potassium sulfate production as raw material, the technological routes for recovery of high sulfur-potassium ratio minerals by freezing K2SO4 liquid tailings were studied and to determine suitable conditions for storage of the mineral which is to be provided for the potassium sulfate production at high temperature in summer. The refrigeration test was carried out at low temperature.According to the yield of the product from cold crystallization and its components at dry base, the appropriate temperature for refrigeration was determined to be in the range of-15~5 ℃, the ratio of sulfur to potassium was between 3.0 and 5.1 which met the minimum sulfur-potassium ratio of 2.5 required for K2SO4 production in summer. The experiment on storage of the mineral with high ratio of sulfur to potassium shown that when the moisture of the mineral with high ratio of sulfur to potassium was less than 40%, the mineral was able to be stored at a temperature of 30 ℃ or even as high as 55 ℃ for a long time.
