滇桂黔石漠化片区精准扶贫与乡村振兴的逻辑关系及推进对策

The Logical Relationship and Promoting Countermeasures between Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization in Stony Desertification Area of Yunnan,Guangxi and Guizhou Provinces

厘清精准扶贫与乡村振兴的逻辑关系并探讨做好两者统筹推进工作对全国特困片区经济社会发展具有重要作用。当前滇桂黔石漠化片区存在精准扶贫困难大任务重、乡村振兴多项指标落后于全国平均水平等问题;应当采取提高思想认识做好顶层设计、将精准扶贫与乡村振兴各项工作有机衔接并协同推进、强弱项补短板等措施,才能确保片区如期打赢脱贫攻坚战、减缓相对贫困和逐步实现乡村振兴伟大目标。

It is very important to clarify the logical relationship between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and discuss how to do a good job in the overall promotion of both,which plays an important role in the economic and social development of poverty-stricken areas in China.At present,there are some problems in the stony desertification area of Yunnan,Guangxi and Guizhou,such as the heavy task in targeted poverty alleviation,and many indicators of rural revitalization lagging behind the national average level,etc.Therefore,we should take measures to improve ideological understanding,do a good job in top-level design,organically connect and promote the targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and make up for the weak to make sure that these areas can win the battle of poverty alleviation,alleviate relative poverty and gradually realize the great goal of rural revitalization.
