党建引领 消费助力 志智双扶 合作共赢 ——黔南民族师范学院“校农结合”提质升级实践研究

在决战脱贫攻坚、决胜全面小康进程中,黔南民族师范学院利用师生消费优势定向采购帮扶村农产品,配套建设基地示范产业,创造了“定点采购、产业培扶、基地建设、示范引领”的“校农结合”助推脱贫模式。随着“校农结合”实践探索的深入,其内涵和外延不断拓展。“校农结合”从精准扶贫走向乡村振兴,形成了“以党建为引领、消费拉动为动力、产业发展为重心”的多措并举,探索出了一条“志智”双扶的特色道路。助推了“产业发展、高校转型、企业增利”多方合作共赢的利益共同体,实现了“校农结合”提质升级。

In the process of fighting against poverty and winning the all-round well-off society,Qiannan Normal University for nationalities has made use of the consumption advantages of teachers and students to purchase agricultural products from the supporting villages and build a supporting base demonstration industry,creating a"combination of university and countryside"model of"fixed-point purchasing,industrial training,base construction and demonstration guidance"to boost the poverty alleviation.With the deepening of the practice and exploration of the"combination of university and countryside",its connotation and extension are constantly expanding.The"combination of university and countryside"has developed from targeted poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,forming the Communist Party as the thought guide,consumption as the driving force,industrial development as the focus,the ambition and wisdom advancing together,boosting industrial development,university transformation,enterprise profit increase,and multi-party cooperation and win-win,so as to achieve the quality improvement of the"combination of university and countryside".
