成渝地区双城经济圈培育世界级高端装备制造产业集群研究

建设成渝地区双城经济圈培育世界级高端装备制造业产业集群,对于充分发挥成渝地区装备制造产业优势、形成西部高质量产业发展增长极、支撑国家高端装备制造业发展,实现中国制造2025发展战略等具有重要意义。文章在剖析国内外高端装备制造产业发展现状与趋势基础上,分析了成渝地区高端装备制造产业发展现状、优势及短板,并从产业发展重点及产业链条打造、统筹协同推进产业创新资源集聚、增加技术创新投入、深化科技创新驱动、提高核心关键技术水平等方面,提出成渝地区双城经济圈培育世界级高端装备制造产业集群的建议。

It is of great significance to build Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle and cultivate world-class high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster,to give full play to the advantages of equipment manufacturing industry in Chengdu-Chongqing region,to form a growth pole of high-quality industry development in western China,to support the development of national high-end equipment manufacturing,and to realize the development strategy of Made in China 2025.Based on the analyses of the present situation and development trend of high-end equipment manufacturing industry development at home and abroad,the paper emphases on the present situation,advantages and weaknesses of high-end equipment manufacturing industry development in Chengdu-Chongqing region,and puts forward some suggestions on cultivating world-class high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle from the aspects of industrial development priorities and industrial chain buildings,coordinated promotion of industrial innovation resource aggregation,increasing technological innovation investment,deepening scientific and technological innovation driven,and improving the core key technologies level.
