摘要
为探讨燕麦萌发期抗旱性,以6个燕麦品种种子为材料,用不同浓度(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)PEG溶液模拟干旱条件,测定种子的发芽势、发芽率、幼苗活力指数、主根长、苗高等5个指标,利用方差分析法、隶属函数法及主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果表明,6个燕麦品种的萌发期抗旱性依次为:美达>魅力>牧王>贝勒2代>领袖>燕王。
To investigate drought resistance of oats during germination,the seeds of six oat varieties were used as materials to determine the germination potential,germination rate,seedling vigor index,taproot length and seedling height under simulate drought conditions introduced by PEG solution with different concentrations(0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%).And,the comprehensive evaluation was conducted by means of ANOVA,membership function analysis(MFA)and principal component analysis(PCA).The results showed that the drought resistance of six oat cultivars at germination stage was as follows Meida>Meili>Muwang>second generation of Beile>Lingxiu>Yanwang.
