摘要
由于常用的A-L法计算膜片弹簧载荷特性曲线存在较大误差的问题,文中分析了分离指结构对膜片弹簧载荷变形特性的影响,提出了分离指影响系数概念。利用正交试验设计,采用多元回归分析的方法,拟合得到分离指影响系数同三个转换参数的函数关系表达式。把分离指影响系数添加到碟形弹簧精确算法S-W法的计算公式中,得出了包含分离指部分影响的膜片弹簧载荷特性计算新方法。并通过试验验证了新方法计算膜片弹簧的载荷特性具有很高的精度。
Due to the commonly used A-L method used to calculate the load characteristic,the error is large.In this paper,the effect of the separated finger structure on the load deformation characteristics of the diaphragm spring is analyzed,and the influence coefficient of the separated finger is proposed,Using the orthogonal experimental design,the multivariate regression analysis method is used to fit the functional relationship expression of the separation finger coefficient and the three conversion parameters.The separation factor influence coefficient is added to the calculation formula of the disc spring exact algorithm S-W method,and a new method for calculating the diaphragm spring load characteristic including the influence of the separation finger is obtained.And the experimental results show that the new method has high accuracy in calculating the load characteristics of the diaphragm spring.
