摘要 结合配电网通信系统光缆网架和配电自动化分层结构的特点,在配电网光缆资源被动管理和事后抢修的基础上,深入研究配电网通信光缆业务纤芯的实时监测和光缆资源的全寿命周期管理技术与工程问题。基于此,提出了基于相干光时域反射的配电自动化系统业务光纤在线监测方法的技术路线,展示了在成都配电通信光缆网上优化设计和建设的应用实例,达到了及时清除光缆运行隐患、实时掌握业务纤芯老化和劣化的情况、精准定位故障点位置以及跟踪光缆历史运行数据的目的,对大规模配电网通信光缆网络工程设计、科学运维以及提高配电自动化系统可靠性与实用性具有研究和实际借鉴意义。 Based on the characteristics of hierarchical structure of optical communication network,power distribution automation,passive management of optical cable resources and first-aid repair after communication interruption,the on-line monitor of fiber core,life-cycle management of optical cables and engineering problems are discussed in this article.The technology roadmap of optical fiber on-line monitoring based on Correlated-OTDR is proposed.And this paper shows how to build and optimize optical fiber networks for Chengdu power distribution,which achieves hidden problems of fiber optic cables can be handled in time and the aging and deterioration situation of a using fiber core can be grasped at all time.Meanwhile,the technology assists to pinpoint the fault location and record history data of optical cables.This paper also offers referential significance and practical research for large-scale power distribution communication system design and maintenance.
