摘要 针对目前现场作业用电检查的重点、难点,利用5G、物联网和人工智能技术,为一线用电检查人员的智能感知、信息共享,设计了基于物联网技术的用电检查智能检测装置。通过对计量设备的智能感知与识别技术、计量装置的电参数采集与信息传送技术以及环境采集与检测技术的研究,提出了一种用于电力用户用电安全检查与计量装置故障判断的新方法。实验与现场应用结果表明,该方法可对电力用户用电是否安全、是否存在电能计量装置接线错误或用户窃电进行快速、准确地判定,极大地提高了现场用电检查的效率,实现了作业智能化、培训实时化以及经验共享化,具有较强的实用性。 In view of the key points of the on-site operation of electricity inspection,the design of intelligent detecting device for electrical equipment applying Internet of Things technology,which use 5G、Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology,is proposed to provide the intelligent perception and information sharing for front-line electricity inspectors.A new method for electrical safety inspection of power user and fault diagnosis of metering device is proposed through the research on intelligent perception and identification technology of metering equipment,electrical parameter acquisition and information transmission technology of metering device,and environment acquisition and detection technology.The results of experiment and field application show that the method can quickly and accurately judge the level of the safety of the electricity use,detect incorrect connection of electric energy metering device and electric theft.The method can greatly improve the efficiency of on-site electricity inspection and realize the intelligent operation,real-time training and experience sharing,has strong practicability.
