摘要
由于传统PUF电路的安全系数较低,因此设计出一种考虑信息安全芯片的PUF电路。主要设计了PUF电路阻容滤波器,选择型号为TF32A09的信息安全芯片,制定PUF电路信息安全协议说明和信息加密,并通过低通、高通以及带通3组形式来实现PUF电路设计。实验分析结果表明,设计的PUF电路安全系数明显高于传统PUF电路,能够解决传统PUF电路安全系数低的问题。
Because of the low safety factor of traditional PUF circuit,the PUF circuit with information security chip is designed.This paper mainly design the resistance capacitance filter of PUF circuit,select the information security chip TF32A09,formulate the information security protocol description and information encryption of PUF circuit,and realize the PUF circuit design through three groups of low pass,high pass and band-pass.The experimental results show that the safety factor of the designed PUF circuit is significantly higher than that of traditional PUF circuit,which can solve the problem of low safety factor of traditional PUF circuit.
