摘要
为提升多层PCB电路设计质量,阐述了PCB电路设计流程,针对多层PCB电路层叠结构设计问题,提出了层数和层序这两个关键环节的设计方法,给出了具体的设计规则。同时,分析差模辐射和共模辐射两种电磁干扰,论述了层叠结构设计对电磁干扰的影响,利用合理的层叠结构设计来实现对电磁干扰的抑制。
In order to improve the design quality of multi-layer PCB circuit,the design process of PCB circuit is described in this paper.In view of the design problem of multi-layer PCB circuit cascading structure,the design method of the two key links,layer number and sequence,is proposed,and the specific design rules are given.At the same time,two kinds of electromagnetic interference,differential mode radiation and common mode radiation,are analyzed,the influence of cascade structure design on electromagnetic interference is discussed,and reasonable cascade structure design is used to realize the suppression of electromagnetic interference.
