摘要
物联网技术在医疗领域的广泛应用,为医疗服务中医疗数据的安全性和完整性带来巨大挑战。本研究提出了一种用于医学图像诊断文本数据安全的混合安全模型,将二维离散小波变换一级或二维离散小波变换二级隐写技术(2D-DWT-21技术)与提出的混合加密方案相结合。基于峰值信噪比、均方误差、误比特率、结构相似性、结构内容和相关性六个统计参数对系统性能进行评估。发现在2D-DWT-21条件下,图像的峰值信噪比分别达到57.44和56.39。本文模型在峰值信噪比和均方误差等性能上均优于AES加密模型,能够将保密病人的数据隐藏到传输的封面图像中,并且在接收到的stego图像中具有很高的不可见性。
Due to the significant development of Internet of things in the medical field,the security and integrity of medical data has become a huge challenge for medical service applications.This paper presents a hybrid security model for medical image diagnosis text data security.This model combines the two-dimensional DWT one level or two-level DWT steganography with the proposed hybrid encryption scheme.The performance of the system was evaluated based on six statistical parameters:PSNR,MSE,BER,SSIM,SC and correlation.It was found that under the condition of 2 D-DDW-21,the PSNR ratio of the image reaches 57.44 and 56.39 respectively.The model in this paper is superior to AES encryption model in terms of PSNR and mean square error.It can hide the confidential patient’s data in the transmitted cover image and has high invisibility in the stego image received.
