Application and Effect Evaluation of Mobile Clinical System for Blood Purification

目的探讨血液净化移动医护系统的设计与实现,解决目前血液净化中心管理问题,评价系统应用效果。方法分析血液净化中心传统管理模式存在的问题,建立血液净化移动医护系统的系统架构和信息传输方案。结果实现并上线了血液净化移动医护系统,从根本上改变了血液净化中心的管理流程。结论该系统改变了血液净化中心人工管理的传统落后状态,特别是在医疗护理中使用手持终端,可以显著提高医护人员的工作效率,降低出错概率。

Objective To explore the design and implementation of blood purification mobile clinical system,solve the current management problems of blood purification center and evaluate the performance of the system.Methods This paper analyzed the problems existing in the traditional management mode of blood purification center,and established the system structure and information transmission scheme of blood purification mobile clinical system.Results The system had been implemented and launched,which fundamentally changed the management process of the blood purification center.Conclusion The system changed the traditional backward state of manual management in blood purification center,especially the use of portable terminals in clinical service,which can significantly improve the work efficiency of medical staff and reduce the probabilities of mistakes.
