摘要 面对骨肿瘤患者个体化的差异如何在尽量保留肢体情况下精准完整地切除骨肿瘤、重建骨肿瘤切除后的骨缺损、减少肿瘤复发率以及最大限度地恢复肢体的功能对于骨科医生来说是一个巨大的挑战。本文主要介绍了3D打印新型模型与骨肿瘤周围复杂的解剖关系,3D打印截骨导板快速切除骨肿瘤,3D打印假肢及内植入物重建肿瘤切除后的骨缺损,3D生物打印在骨肿瘤手术治疗中的应用以及3D打印技术目前存在的不足5方面的内容。本文总结分析了3D打印技术在骨肿瘤手术中的应用情况,有助于研究者实现更为精确的术前规划设计,使复杂的手术简单化,显著地提高手术治疗疗效。 In the face of individual differences in bone tumor patients,it is a big challenge for orthopedic surgeons to resect the bone tumor accurately and completely,reconstruct the bone defect after the bone tumor resection,reduce the recurrence rate of the tumor and restore the function of the limb to the maximum extent.This paper mainly introduced the new 3D printing model to understand the complex anatomic relationship around the bone tumor,the 3D printing osteotomy guide rapid bone tumor resection,the 3D printing prosthesis and implant reconstruction of bone defect after tumor resection,the application of 3D biological printing in the bone tumor operation and the five aspects of current shortcomings of 3D printing technology.The application of 3D printing technology in bone tumor surgery can achieve more accurate preoperative planning and design,simplify the complex operation,significantly improve the therapeutic effect of surgery,and provide a new idea for better clinical treatment of bone tumor.
