摘要 高效且优质的医疗物流配送服务是现代化医疗服务的重要组成内容,而其中基于无人驾驶技术的移动机器人(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)是现代医疗物流服务的合理解决方案之一。本文首先从医院物流配送的现状出发剖析AGV机器人的特点和优势,得出了AGV应用于医疗场景的可行性和必要性,然后拆解了AGV机器人的核心技术,并综述了当前每一项技术的研发进展,最后概述了AGV在医疗领域的应用现状,总结了当前AGV在医疗场景应用中存在的问题,为AGV智能服务的改进提供了方向。期望本研究可以为AGV机器人的研发生产企业提供研发参考,为医疗卫生单位应用AGV提供应用前准备,为医院现代化物流系统的建设和管理提供借鉴指导。 Efficient and high-quality medical logistics distribution service is an important component of modern medical services,and Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)based on unmanned technology is one of the reasonable solutions for modern medical logistics services.In this paper,the characteristics and advantages of AGV robot are analyzed based on the current situation of hospital logistics and distribution,and then the feasibility and necessity of AGV application in medical scenes are obtained.Then the core technology of AGV robot is dismantled,and the research and development progress of each technology is reviewed.Then it summarizes the application status of AGV in medical field and the problems existing in the application of AGV in medical scene,providing the improvement direction for the improvement of AGV intelligent service.The research in this paper can provide research and development reference for AGV robot r&d and production enterprises,provide pre-application preparation for AGV application in medical and health institutions,and provide reference and guidance for the construction and management of modern hospital logistics system.
