摘要
针对输电线路对飑线风灾害预警的需求,提出了一种新型的输电线路飑线风灾害预警方法。该方法利用不同气压层上等距网格化的气象数值预报产品,建立微尺度多层下击暴流自动分析模型,该模型通过在中尺度上判断飑线风的形成,进一步利用输电线路上空微尺度数值预报的垂直和水平切变风速,判断输电线路的风荷载力是否过载,如过载则发出预警。该预警模型具有主动识别、适用于整条输电线路的特点,通过对省级电网公司输电线路飑线风灾害历史数据的模拟,证明该预警模型具有实用价值。
Aiming at the demand of squall disaster early warning on transmission line,this paper put forward a new early warning method based on numerical weather prediction method(NWP).Equidistant gridding on different atmospheric pressure layers are used to establish a micro scale multi-layer downburst automatic analysis model.The model first judges the formation of squall disaster in mesoscale,and then uses the vertical and horizontal shear wind speed of micro scale NWP over the transmission line to determine whether the wind load of the transmission line is overloaded or not,and gives an early warning information.The model has the characteristics of active identification and is suitable for the whole transmission line.The simulation of the historical data of squall disaster on provincial power company proves that the early warning model has practical value.
