摘要
论述了汽轮发电机组振动测量系统的组成,结合其测量原理,分析了其可能的故障模式及对应的特征。针对测量系统的常见故障,设计了特征采集识别的流程,给出了故障排查措施。基于相关分析和频谱分析,对速度传感器共振、轴振传感器支架共振、电磁干扰等3类测量系统异常振动实例进行了诊断分析,并给出了处理建议,取得了良好的治理效果,为类似问题的解决提供了参考。
Based on an introduction of the composition of the vibration measurement system of turbo generator set,combined with its measurement principle,the possible failure modes and corresponding characteristics are analyzed.In order to deal with the common faults of measurement system,the process of feature acquisition and recognition is designed,and the troubleshooting measures are given.Based on correlation analysis and spectral analysis,the abnormal vibration examples of three kinds of measurement systems including velocity sensor resonance,axial vibration sensor bracket resonance and electromagnetic interference are diagnosed and analyzed.The treatment measures are given,and good treatment effect is obtained,which can provide reference for solving similar problems.
