应用跟腱吻合器微创修复治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的效果

Effect of Minimally Invasive Repair with Achilles Tendon Stapler in the Treatment of Acute Closed Achilles Tendon Rupture

目的:探讨应用跟腱吻合器(Achillon)微创修复治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂的效果。方法:选择2015年2月—2018年12月收治的48例急性闭合性跟腱断裂患者作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=24)。对照组给予传统手术治疗,观察组给予Achillon微创修复术治疗,比较两组手术指标、术后恢复情况。结果:观察组患者的各项手术指标均优于低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后12个月AOFAS评分、踝关节活动度、跖屈肌力、日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用Achillon微创修复治疗急性闭合性跟腱断裂临床疗效显著,对患者创伤小,有利于患者踝关节的康复,是一种新型、高效的手术方案,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive repair with the Achilles tendon stapler(Achillon)in the treatment of acute closed Achilles tendon rupture.Methods:Forty-eight patients with acute closed Achilles tendon rupture who were treated from February 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table was divided into the control group(n=24)and the observation group(n=24).The control group was given traditional surgery,and the observation group was given Achillon minimally invasive repair.The surgical indicators and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The surgical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The AOFAS score,ankle mobility,plantar flexor strength,and daily living ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 12 months.Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Achillon minimally invasive repair in the treatment of acute closed Achilles tendon rupture has significant clinical effects,has little trauma to the patient,and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the ankle joint of the patient.
