薯蓣金膏联合三九温针灸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期脾肺两虚型患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Dioscorea Zingiberensis Ointment Combined with Sanjiu Warm Acupuncture on Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Stage

目的:探讨在脾肺两虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期治疗中,采用薯蓣金膏联合三九温针灸治疗方案的临床效果。方法:选取慢阻肺稳定期患者64例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各组32例,分别给予三九温针灸单一治疗与薯蓣金膏联合三九温针灸治疗,观察两组治疗效果及生存质量变化。结果:观察组治疗后生活质量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期治疗中,薯蓣金膏可发挥显著功效,联合三九温针灸提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dioscorea zingiberensis ointment combined with Sanjiu warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of spleen and lung deficiency type in stable stage.Methods:64 patients with COPD in stable stage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group were given Sanjiu Wenzhen acupuncture alone or Dioscorea zingiberensis combined with Sanjiu warming acupuncture respectively.The therapeutic effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:The quality of life in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage,Dioscorea zingiberensis ointment can play a significant role,combined with Sanjiu warm acupuncture to improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
