摘要
R290是一种新型环保制冷剂,是自携式冷藏陈列柜制冷剂的理想替代物,但R290泄漏后存在燃爆的危险.与空调相比,自携式冷藏陈列柜蒸发温度低,压力高,因此有必要探讨R290在有限空间泄漏的安全性.通过CFD软件对自携式冷藏陈列柜R290在有限空间泄漏扩散的体积分数分布进行仿真,研究了冷藏陈列柜放置在房间不同位置的泄漏特性以及在房间内体积分数分布情况,分析它们变化的规律.模拟结果论证了R290作为自携式冷藏陈列柜制冷剂的可行性,对R290在自携式冷藏陈列柜上的安全使用具有指导意义.
R290 is a new type of environmental protection refrigerant,which is an ideal substitute for self-contained refrigerated display cabinet refrigerant.However,there is a risk of explosion after R290 leakage.Compared with air conditioning,the evaporation temperature of self-contained refrigerated display cabinet is lower and the pressure is higher.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the safety of R290 leakage in confined space.In this paper,CFD software was used to simulate the volume fraction distribution of R290 in the confined space.The leakage characteristics and volume fraction distribution of the refrigerated display cabinet in different positions in the room were studied,and their changing rules were analyzed.The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of R290 as refrigerant in self-contained refrigerated display cabinet,which has guiding significance for the safe use of R290 in self-contained freezer.
