城区大型医院门诊大厅扩建空间利用优化 被引量:1

摘要 健康服务质量和生活水平的提高,使人们对医疗健康保障的标准和需求不断增加,在医院经常出现排队现象。为提高医院服务质量和患者的满意度,需对医院门诊大厅扩建空间进行优化。针对当前医院门诊大厅扩建空间利用优化方法存在的排队时间长、设施覆盖率低问题,提出新的城区大型医院门诊大厅扩建空间利用优化方法。通过单服务台和多服务台等待排队模型分析患者门诊大厅排队时间,结合排队模型和位置覆盖模型构建医院门诊大厅扩建空间利用优化模型并求解,实现城区大型医院门诊大厅扩建空间的利用优化。实验结果表明,所提方法的排队时间与单人排队消耗时长更短、基础设备平均覆盖面积更大,说明该方法具有更强的应用性能。 With the improvement of health service quality and living standard,people's standard and demand for medical care and health security are constantly increasing.In order to improve the service quality and the satisfaction of patients,it is necessary to optimize the expansion space of the outpatient hall.In view of the problems of long queue time and low facility coverage in the current optimization method of space utilization in the outpatient hall expansion in hospitals,a new optimization method of space utilization in the outpatient hall expansion in large urban hospitals is proposed.Through the single service desk and multi-service desk waiting queue model,the waiting time in the outpatient hall is analyzed,and combining the queuing model and the location coverage model,the optimization model of the space utilization in the outpatient hall expansion is built and solved,so as to realize the optimization of the space utilization in the outpatient hall expansion in large urban hospitals.The experimental results show that the queuing time of the proposed method is shorter than that of single person and the average coverage area of basic equipment is larger,indicating that the proposed method has stronger application performance.
