同期整复术治疗睑袋伴泪沟和睑颊沟的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of simultaneous blepharoplasty in the treatment of blepharoplasty with lacrimal sulcus and palpebral buccal sulcus

目的探讨同期手术治疗睑袋睑袋伴泪沟和睑颊沟的临床效果,总结手术经验。方法选择2015年1月~2019年10月于我院就诊的睑袋伴睑袋伴泪沟和(或)睑颊沟患者作为研究对象。,将采用38例同期整复术者纳入同期组,将60例先行睑袋整复术后行凹陷填充术者纳入对照组。比较两组患者术后6个月的睑袋整复效果及术后6个月、12个月的泪沟和睑颊沟改善效果。结果术后6个月睑袋效果评价,同期组显效26例,有效10例;对照组显效47例,有效11例,无效2例。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月,同期组显效25例,有效11例;对照组显效51例,有效9例,无效0例。对照组临床效果改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月同期组显效23例,有效13例;对照组显效14例,有效30例,无效16例。观察组临床效果改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同期整复术治疗睑袋伴泪沟和睑颊沟具有良好的远期效果,对术后泪沟和睑颊沟改善效果不佳者,可酌情考虑使用填充注射材料。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simultaneous operation in the treatment of blepharoplasty with lacrimal sulcus and palpebral buccal sulcus,and summarize the operation experience.Methods From January 2015 to October 2019 in our hospital,patients with blepharoplasty with blepharoplasty with lacrimal sulcus and/or palpebral buccal sulcus were selected as the research objects.Methods:38 patients with blepharoplasty were included in the same period group,and 60 patients with blepharoplasty and depression filling were included in the control group.The effect of blepharoplasty 6 months after operation and the improvement of lacrimal sulcus and palpebral buccal sulcus 6 months and 12 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results Six months after operation,26 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were effective in the same period group;47 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after operation,25 cases were markedly effective and 11 cases were effective in the same period group;51 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 0 case was ineffective in the control group.The clinical effect of the control group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).12 months after operation,23 cases were markedly effective and 13 cases were effective in the same period group;14 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective and 16 cases were ineffective in the control group.The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signfficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The simultaneous reduction of blepharoplasty in the treatment of blepharoplasty with lacrimal sulcus and palpebral buccal sulcus has a good long-term effect.If the improvement effect of lacrimal sulcus and palpebral buccal sulcus is poor,the use of filling injection materials can be considered as appropriate.
