CO2点阵激光联合糖皮质激素治疗术区瘢痕的疗效观察

摘要 目的探究CO2点阵激光联合糖皮质激素治疗术区瘢痕的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月"2020年5月期间本院收治的48例术区瘢痕患者,以数字排序法分组,单数24例患者列为对照组,予以糖皮质激素治疗;偶数24例患者列为观察组,予以CO2点阵激光联合糖皮质激素治疗;观察比较两组术区瘢痕患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的瘢痕修复总有效率(95.83%)显著高于对照组(79.17%),P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的色泽、血管分布、厚度、柔软度评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组中发生局部皮肤瘙痒、局部皮肤红肿、消化性溃疡、女性月经紊乱病例数明显少于对照组,且其不良反应事件发生率(8.33%)明显低于对照组(29.17%),P<0.05。结论CO2点阵激光联合糖皮质激素治疗术区瘢痕的效果显著,既显著提高了瘢痕修复总有效率,又减少了不良反应事件,联用安全性更高,值得推荐。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of CO2 lattice laser combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of surgical scar.Methods From May 2018 to may 2020,48 patients with scar in operation area in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by digital sorting method.24 patients with odd number were listed as the control group and given glucocorticoid treatment;24 patients with even number were listed as the observation group and given CO2 lattice laser combined with glucocorticoid treatment.The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with scar in operation area were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of scar repair in the observation group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.17%),P<0.05;the scores of color,vascular distribution,thickness and softness in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the number of cases of local skin itching,local skin redness and swelling,peptic ulcer and female menstrual disorder in the observation group was significantly less The incidence of adverse events in the control group(8.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(29.17%),P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of CO2 lattice laser combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of scar in operation area is significant,which not only significantly improves the total effective rate of scar repair,but also reduces the adverse reaction events,and the combination is more safe,which is worthy of recommendation.
