无托槽隐形矫治器和Forsus矫治器治疗下颌后缩患者的疗效

Comparison of the efficacy of invisible appliance and Forsus appliance in the treatment of Patients with mandibular retrusion

目的研究无托槽隐形矫治器MA和Forsus两种功能矫治器治疗生长高峰期下颌后缩患者的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2020年10月在合肥市口腔医院就诊的生长高峰期的下颂后缩患者共22例,分为MA组10例和Forsus组12例。治疗前、后拍摄X线头侧位片,并对相关的软硬组织指标进行统计学分析。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后SNB、ANB、B-Y轴、Pg-Y轴均有显著增加。两组治疗后均发生了上前牙的舌倾以及下前牙的唇倾,但Forsus组更为明显。两组软组织测量值H角、UL-Eline和LL-Eline均显著减小,鼻唇角显著增加,差异有统计学意义。结论两种矫治器对青春期下颌后缩患者均有较好的矫治作用,无托槽隐形矫治器MA更易控制下前牙唇倾。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of two functional appliances,Invisalign MA and Forsus appliance,in the treatment of patients with mandibular recession during the growth spurt.Methods A total of 22 patients with mandibular recession during the growth growth spurt who were treated at Hefei Stomatology Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into 10 cases in MA group and 12 cases in Forsus group.Before and after the treatment,X-rays were respectively taken and the relevant soft and hard tissue indexes were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with before treatment,the SNB,ANB,B-Y axis,and Pg-Y axis increased significantly in the two groups after treatment.The lingual inclination of the upper incisor and the proclination of the lower incisor occurred in both groups after treatment,but the Forsus group was more obvious.The soft tissue cephalometric values H angle and the protrusion distance of the upper and lower lips were significantly reduced,and the NLA angle increased significantly in the two groups.Conclusion Both types of appliances have a good effect on adolescent patients with mandibular retraction.The invisible appliance MA is easier to control the lower incisor proclination.
