病理性瘢痕是创伤后皮肤组织过度增生的结果,其发病机制仍不十分清楚。病理性瘢痕治疗方法可分为非手术治疗和手术治疗,药物注射治疗操作方便、简单,其作为非手术治疗的一种方法长期以来被临床广泛的研究与应用。制定个体化、综合有效的治疗方案,采用多种方法结合,并且加强患者在治疗中的依从性教育,是提高瘢痕治疗效果,增加患者治疗满意度的有效途径。
