负压封闭引流技术经问世以来,成功用于治疗急性创伤、烧伤、糖尿病足等难愈性创口,目前已成为临床研究热点之一。随着使用技术的不断完善,其治疗范围亦日渐扩展。近些年部分学者将其应用于治疗颌面部间隙感染已获得肯定疗效,但在应用当中亦出现诸多问题,这使得该技术应用于颌面外科后的使用规律应进一步探索。

Since the invention of vacuum sealing drainage technology,it has been successfully used in the treatment of acute trauma,burns,diabetic foot and other refractory wounds,and has become one of the hotspots of clinical research.With the continuous improvement of the use of this technology,its treatment scope is expanding day by day.In recent years,some scholars have applied it to the treatment of maxillofacial space infection has obtained a positive effect,but there are still some problems in the application,which makes the application of this technology in maxillofacial surgery should be further explored.
