摘要
示波器广泛应用于设备老化测试领域,但运行时间不间断、人员必须在现场等条件限制了其适用领域。文章介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的、适用于TBS1000系列的示波器采集与储存系统的设计方法。该系统利用LabVIEW软件,通过RS232协议连接PC和示波器,同时采用TCP协议将上位机与远程设备连接。实现了远程对示波器的参数设定、实时波形读取、波形存储及回放等功能。
Oscilloscopes are widely used in the field of equipment aging test,but the uninterrupted running time and personnel must be onsite and other conditions limit its applicable fields.This article introduces a LabVIEW-based design method for the oscilloscope acquisition and storage system of the TBS1000 series.The system uses LabVIEW software to connect the PC and the oscilloscope through the RS232 protocol,and at the same time uses the TCP protocol to connect the upper computer with the remote device.It realizes the functions of remote parameter setting,real-time waveform reading,waveform storage and playback of the oscilloscope.
