智慧校园是高校信息化校园建设重点,网上办事大厅为师生提供了网上一站式服务,质量管理平台为学校质量管理和自我诊改提供了高效服务和管理,如何做好办事大厅流程、质量管理流程、自我诊改流程的规划和建设,需要在信息化平台下再认识流程。文章以江苏医药职业学院智慧校园建设为例,在理清学校流程的过程中,对流程定义、内涵、过程进行再认识,为网上办事大厅、质量管理平台顺利建设提供保障。
