ARCS模型视角下教师微课技能培训措施研究

Research on the training measures of teachers’micro class skills from the perspective of ARCS model

微课具有应用情境多种化、使用时间碎片化和表现时间局限化的特点,所以,微课相对一般传统的教学课程来说对学习者的学习动机具有更好的促进作用。研究的最终目标是利用ARCS模型进一步改进教师现有的微课技能,让这一技能可以在较短的时间里吸引学习者的目光、使学习者深刻了解学习目的,最终达到保持学习动机、体验学习带来的成就感,促进学习效率的最优化。

Micro lecture has the characteristics of diversified application situations,fragmented use of time and limited performance time.Therefore,compared with the general traditional teaching courses,micro class has played a better role in promoting learners’learning motivation.The ultimate goal of the study is to use ARCS model to further improve the existing micro class skills of teachers,so that this skill can attract the attention of learners in a short period of time,make the learners deeply understand the learning purpose,and finally achieve the goal of maintaining learning motivation,experiencing the learning achievement,and promoting the optimization of learning efficiency.
