Analysis of main differences between water resources and hydrological monitoring

从水资源与水文监测基本内涵出发,简要分析二者差异,给出水资源监测基本内容;从站网布设的原则和目的、监测要素和时效性、监测控制要求和技术手段等方面,重点分析水资源与水文监测的主要差异,进一步提高对水资源监测内涵和重要性认识。

Starting from the basic connotation of water resources and hydrological monitoring,this paper briefly analyzes the differences between the two above,and gives the basic content of water resources monitoring;from the principles of station network layout,the purpose of station network layout,monitoring elements and timeliness,monitoring control requirements and technical means,the main differences between water resources and hydrological monitoring are analyzed,so as to further improve the connotation and importance of water resources monitoring knowledge.
