雅培i2000SR和安图A2000 Plus检测游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸结果的对比分析

Comparison and analysis of free triiodothyronine detected by Abbott i2000SR and Antu A2000 Plus

目的:探讨不同化学发光检测系统检测血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)结果的可比性。方法:选取2019年11月5日—2019年11月7日75例门诊患者的血清样本,在相同的工作环境下使用雅培i2000SR和安图A2000 Plus两台仪器平行测定血清FT3的浓度,并对两组测定结果进行比较和相关性分析。结果:安图A2000 Plus对不同浓度FT3的检测结果高于雅培i2000SR,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时这两台仪器检测FT3的结果具有良好的相关性(r=0.9817>0.975)。Bland-Altman分析结果显示安图A2000 Plus检测FT3的结果约为雅培i2000SR的1.34倍。结论:当同一实验室存在不同的检测系统检测相同的项目时,都应对不同检测系统的检测结果进行比对分析,保证检验结果的可比性,判断临床可接受性,以更好地指导临床诊疗。

Objective:To discuss the comparability of serum free triiodothyronine(FT3)detected by different chemiluminescence detection systems.Methods:Serum samples of 75 out-patients in hospital from November 5,2019 to November 7,2019 were selected.Under the same working conditions,the FT3 concentration of these serum samples were measured by the above two instruments,and the results of the two groups were compared and made a correlation analysis.Results:The results of FT3 in different concentrations detected by antu A2000 Plus were higher than those detected by abbott i2000SR,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the results of FT3 detected by these two instruments had a good correlation,the correlation coefficient(r=0.9817>0.975).The results of bland-altman analysis showed that the FT3 detected by Antu A2000 Plus was about 1.34 times as high as Abbott i2000 SR.Conclusion:When a laboratory has different detection systems to test the same items,relevant measures should be established and the results of different detection systems should be compared and analyzed,to ensure the comparability of test results and to judge the clinical acceptability for better guidance of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
