摘要
目的:探讨护理管理者开展人文关怀管理对降低低年资护士离职率的效果。方法:选择2018年12月—2020年1月低年资护士40名,根据护理管理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组20名。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予人文关怀管理。比较两组护理质量评分、护士离职率。结果:观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,护士离职率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀管理措施应用在护理管理中,能降低低年资护士离职率,提高护理质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing managers carrying out humanistic care management on reducing the turnover rate of young nurses.Methods:From December 2018 to January 2020,40 cases of low-age nurses in hospital were divided into groups according to different nursing management methods.The control group(n=20)was given routine nursing management,and the experimental group(n=20)was given humanities care management.The nursing quality score and nurse turnover rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing quality score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Which compared with the turnover rate of nurses in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care management measures in nursing management can reduce the turnover rate of low-age nurses,improve the quality of nursing,and have high clinical popularization value.
