多学科诊疗护理模式在耐多药肺结核病中的疗效观察

Application of multi-disciplinary nursing mode in the curative effect of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis

目的:探讨多学科诊疗护理模式对耐多药肺结核病疗效的影响。方法:采用随机抽样法,选取2017年1—2017年6月耐多药肺结核住院患者22例为对照组,2018年7—2018年12月耐多药肺结核住院患者34例为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予多学科诊疗护理模式进行干预,定期召开多学科协作诊疗护理工作会议。比较两组患者的病灶吸收有效率、服药依从性、对耐药结核病知识掌握率以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者12个月的病灶吸收有效率、患者的服药依从性、耐药结核病知识掌握率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科诊疗护理模式应用于耐多药肺结核病患者,能有效提高患者的病灶吸收有效率和服药依从性,同时提升患者对耐药结核病知识掌握率,大大改善患者就医体验,使患者满意度提高。

Objective:To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary nursing mode on the efficacy of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.Methods:The control group was 22 multi-drug resistant tuberculosis hospitalized patients from January to June 2017,and the observation group was from July to December 2018.Thirty-four hospitalized patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis;the responsible nurses in the control group routinely nursed the patients,and the observation group intervened in a multidisciplinary mode of treatment and care.Each patient with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis was treated with multidisciplinary collaboration and regular multidisciplinary collaboration The clinical nursing work conference compared the two groups of patients with the efficiency of lesion absorption,medication compliance,knowledge of drug-resistant tuberculosis,and nursing satisfaction.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly improved lesion absorption efficiency,patient compliance,drug resistance,knowledge of drug-resistant tuberculosis,and nursing satisfaction.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment model applied to multi-drug resistant tuberculosis can effectively improve the patient′s focus absorption efficiency and medication compliance,and at the same time improve the patient′s knowledge rate of drug-resistant tuberculosis,greatly improve the patient′s medical experience,and make patients satisfied increase.
