稀土基金属有机框架材料的制备及其对日落黄的电化学传感应用 被引量:1

Preparation and Characterization of Rare Earth Organic Frameworks Material and Its Application for Electrochemical Sensing of Sunset Yellow

摘要 室温下,以Er(NO 3)3为金属源,均苯三甲酸为有机配体,通过一步共混法制备出形貌均一、尺寸约为70 nm的棒状稀土基金属有机框架材料(Er-BTC)。Er-BTC的修饰不仅增加了碳糊电极的有效响应面积,而且表现出更低的电荷转移电阻。研究发现,日落黄在Er-BTC修饰碳糊电极表面的富集能力显著提升,从而导致其氧化信号得到显著的增强。基于此,建立了一种测定日落黄的电化学方法,线性范围为0.2~80 nmol/L,检出限(S/N=3)为0.035 nmol/L。将该方法用于饮料样品分析,检测结果与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)一致。 Rod-like Er-BTC frameworks material was easily prepared by simple one-step mix method at room temperature by using Er(NO 3)3 as the metal source and H 3 BTC as the organic ligand,and the as-prepared Er-BTC showed uniform morphology with size of about 70 nm.The modification of Er-BTC increased the electrochemical response surface area and reduced the charge transfer resistance of the carbon paste electrode(CPE).Besides,it was found that the accumulation capacity of sunset yellow was greatly improved at Er-BTC modified CPE,which led to remarkably enhanced electrochemical oxidation signal.Thus,a novel electrochemical sensor was developed for the detection of sunset yellow with linear range of 0.2-80 nmol/L and detection limit of 0.035 nmol/L(S/N=3).When the developed electrochemical method was used to detect sunset yellow in real drink samples,the results were highly consistent with those of high performance liquid chromatography.
